What we are

A commercial and technology partner for firms that know something is off, and want a straight answer with a fixed price.

Most IT and security providers are good at the work and poor at the first conversation. You get a proposal full of acronyms and a monthly fee, and no clear answer to what it saves or protects. We start from the other end: your fees, your clients, your risks. Then we price it.

Technical delivery led by Kasa Eshna, our ISO 27001-certified partner.

What we do

Three outcomes. Everything else is noise.

If a piece of work doesn't win you clients, save you money or protect what you've built, we won't sell it. The whole offer is organised around those three.

Most firms are one AI build away from a two-headcount uplift. We find the right job to automate first, and prove it in weeks.

Stop the losses you can see coming.

The biggest hits to a firm are usually preventable. Email impersonation, a bad backup, a junior pasting client data into ChatGPT. Each one has a known fix.

Recent work

Three engagements. Numbers are real, firms are anonymised.

We work mostly with firms of 5 to 100 staff that don't have a full-time IT or compliance lead. Each project below ran this year.

Hire deferred. 22 hours a week back to the senior bookkeeper.

The partner was about to post a third bookkeeper role at £38k. We mapped the job line by line, picked the two tasks that cost the most time, and built an AI reconciliation and record-chasing layer on top of their existing CRM. Four weeks start to finish.

Passed PI renewal with an AI policy their insurer accepted.

A senior partner found a junior had pasted matter detail into ChatGPT. PI renewal was six weeks out and the broker had just asked about AI use. We audited the firm, closed open consumer accounts, deployed an enterprise tool with a usage policy, and trained every fee-earner. Renewal passed.

Cyber Essentials Plus in six weeks. Framework slot renewed.

Their 2024 certificate had lapsed and the preferred-supplier framework renewal was ninety days out. We audited current controls, closed the seven gaps that mattered, and ran the assessment. The firm renewed its slot and became eligible for two larger tenders it had been excluded from.

The six questions

Six questions we ask every firm. Most can't answer all of them.

Each has a clear fix and a known cost. If any of these pauses you, that's where we start.

  1. If ransomware locked your files tomorrow, how long until you're working again?Backup & recovery
  2. When did anyone last check that your backups actually restore?Backup & recovery
  3. Which AI tools are your staff using, and what client information has gone into them?AI staff risk
  4. Could someone email your clients from an address that looks exactly like yours?Email impersonation
  5. Which job in your office is still done by hand when it shouldn't be?Automation
  6. If a prospect asks ChatGPT for a firm like yours in your town, does it name you?AI search visibility

If any of those made you pause, that's where we'd start. Pick one of the three free checks below and get a plain-English answer within 48 hours.

Why PitchWise

Technical firms build things. Few of them can explain why you should care.

Most IT and security providers are good at the work and poor at the first conversation. You get a proposal full of acronyms and a monthly fee, and no straight answer to what it saves you or protects you from.

We've spent two decades in sales, marketing, business development and account management across professional services. We know how firms like yours win work, keep it, and make money from it, and we've watched technology quietly change all three. So we start with your fees, your clients and your risks. Then we price it.

About

Adrian Felix, founder.

Two decades in sales, marketing, business development and account management across professional services. Chief Commercial Officer at Kasa Eshna, an ISO 27001-certified consultancy delivering automation, AI and governance to regulated firms.

He runs his own business on AI. Prospect research, follow-ups, daily briefings and reporting are handled by a system of AI agents he built himself. When he talks to you about automation, it's because he uses it every day, on his own P&L.

Firm owners kept telling me the same thing. They knew something needed fixing. They didn't have time to find the right people, work out what they were actually saying, or manage them once they'd started.

Questions firms ask us

The honest answers.

Is the check really free?

Yes. You keep the findings whether or not you work with us.

Do you do the technical work yourselves?

Our specialist partners do the hands-on work. We find the problem, agree the price, manage delivery and stay accountable. Much like a main contractor working with specialist trades.

Is my data safe while you work on it?

Technical delivery is led by an ISO 27001-certified partner. Every specialist we use is checked for how they handle client data before we introduce them.

Can you guarantee we won't be hacked?

No, and nobody honest can. What we can do is close the gaps most attacks rely on, and make sure you can recover quickly if something gets through.

What size of firm do you work with?

Mostly firms with 5 to 100 staff that don't have a full-time IT or compliance person. Occasionally larger, as a second opinion.

We already have an IT provider. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Many of the gaps we find sit outside a standard IT contract, such as AI use, impersonation and tested recovery. We'll work alongside your provider.
